CLEANING OF PROPERTIES

We expect guests to leave our properties in good condition. 

Subject to availability additional cleaning sevices can be booked to provide  during your stay at an additional cost.

PETS 

Some owners do allow pets in their homes. Properties are marked accordingly on the website where applicable. Pets have an additional cost of 50€ per stay

 PROPERTY ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES 

Keys and registration procedures are from 5 PM on the planned day of arrival until 19.00 that day.

Our properties should be vacated by 10.00AM on the day of departure.

We have an exterior key safe for guests who arrive after our office closes.There is no extra charge for this service.

WHAT IS PROVIDED IN THE PROPERTY 

Our properties are fully furnished and equipped. We also provide  bed linens, bathroom towels and tea towels.

No cleaning products are provided. Hair dryers are not normally provided.

TELEVISIONS

All properties have televisions. The choice of channels available varies from property to property according to the owners preferences.

WIFI

Where available ,we have no control over Internet providers as these are contracted directly by the owner, however we will try to ensure the service  is  to an acceptable level.

COTS AND HIGH CHAIRS

These can be provided at a cost of 30€ per unit if pre-reserved. Requests on the day of arrival will cost 60€ per unit. 

PARKING

Parking / garages  is included as marked  on certain properties. Some apartments have optional parking which can be reserved on booking. 

GROUPS 

All our our properties are for family use only. Under no circumstances will we accept groups of people  for party use.

LAUNDRY CHANGES

 For stays exceeding 7 nights  extra bed linens and towels will be provided  in the property . On departure  bed linens and towels should be placed in the bag  provided and left in the apartment to await collection .
