BOOKING CONDITIONS 2025
- The following conditions form the contract between Prestigi Properties S.L and the client (user) that pays the deposit. The provider of the services contracted by the user is PRESTIGI PROPERTIES SL, with registered office at Avenida de Grecia 23- L'Estartit 17258 (Girona), with NIF B17650599 and with customer service telephone 00 34 972 752486.
- If you wish to reserve a property with us, you can do this directly from the web page or contact us by telephone or email to confirm the availability and to finalise the reservation. A 20% deposit is payable initially by credit card or bank transfer. Payment of the 20% deposit automatically confirms acceptance of our Booking Conditions. Once the payment of 20% has been made the reservation in confirmed immediately and you will receive an email confirming the details of the reservation. This document confirms the price and the property reserved and becomes part of this contract. The final balance is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival.
- Cancelations-If you are forced to cancel the holiday, provided we are informed at least 6 weeks prior to the planned date of arrival , your deposit will be retuned . Cancellation of your holiday after that date will make you liable to pay the balance of the rental. If you are covered by insurance, you may be able to claim a refund of the charge if you are canceling due to illness. You will be required to provide a medical certificate to the Insurance Company to support your claim.
- If you wish to make any modification (including any addition of guests) to your original booking form, there will be an administration charge of 60€ per booking. The number of guests including children cannot exceed the stated limitations of that property. Should these limitations not be adhered to, this would lead to the termination of the rental contract.
- There may be circumstances over which we have no control. It may make it necessary to materially alter or cancel your holiday arrangements. In the unlikely event that this happens we will notify you immediately, offer comparable alternative accommodation if available or give you a full refund of all monies you have paid. This is the full extent of our liability.
- It should be noted that where television is supplied in these privately-owned properties the channels available will be the owner’s choice. When a property has a WIFI connection only one device should be used at a time as coverage presently in our area is somewhat limited. We will do our best to maintain connections in our properties but from time to time these may break down temporarily and we will endeavor to re-establish this connection as soon as possible.
- Bed linen and towels (two towels per person) will be supplied for the number of persons specified on the booking form. For stays of over a week a change of laundry will be left in the property. Please ensure that all used laundry is bagged up ready for collection on your departure. We do not supply beach towels.
- Pets are accepted in some properties with previous notice. An extra cost of 50€ per stay will be charged. Pets are never allowed in the pool areas.
- The instructions for the collection of the keys for your property will be given after receipt of your final payment. We ask you to not take possession of your property before 17:00h on the day of your arrival in order to give our staff time to prepare the property. Please note that we cannot always guarantee entry to the property at 17.00h especially during the peak season. We will require you to vacate the property by 10:00h on the day of your departure. If you have a late flight, we will endeavor to be flexible with this arrangement, but we cannot guarantee this. Therefore, consultation with us on this subject is imperative.
- Any complaints must be immediately notified to our office and every effort will be made to rectify the situation. Unless this is done and the nature of your complaint given in writing to the office, no claim for compensation made after your departure will be entertained.
- Guests are asked to respect the neighbours especially late at night. If Prestigi or the police are called out for any disturbance and the problem is not resolved, we reserve the right to terminate the holiday contract with the guest having no right of reclamation.
- Whilst the property is in our care, we reserve the right to enter at any time for maintenance purposes .
- Prestigi cannot be held responsible In the event of loss of power or water or any other services due to circumstances beyond our control. This also this applies to any external works carried out by neighbours or local authorities.
- Presently a tourist tax of 1.00€ per person per night (max 7 nights) is payable for all guests over 16 years.
- Prior to your arrival we will send you a link so that all guests can pre-register.This is obligatory to meet meet Tourism Authority requirements.To act as a guarantee for the keys and possible damages to the property we will also note the details of your credit card. NO CASH DEPOSIT WILL BE ACCEPTED. THIS IS OUR COMPANY POLICY AND A STRICT CONDITION TO RECEIVE THE KEYS TO YOUR PROPERTY. Your credit card will only be debited in the event of breakage, loss of keys, pool passes etc., and loss of, or damage to, any item associated with the property. In the event the keys are mislaid, and this results in having to change the locks in the property, there will be a standard charge of 250 Euros. In case of any of these problems, we advise you to personally notify them to our office. We also kindly ask you to leave the property reasonably clean and tidy on departure: if this is not the case your credit card will be debited for any extra cleaning.
